I have been renting my storage locker from Maple Leaf Self Storage for approximately 13 years & Dianne & her staff have always been professional, helpful, courteous & most of all friendly to me. I have never had an issue with the service they offer, the facilities are clean & rodent free! Needed storage for a few months while we had a renovation in our house. Maple Leaf Self Storage was great. Price was very reasonable. Unit was clean and a perfect size for us. Complex is very secure. Staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again.

I'd give this place a Gazillion stars if I could, not only is Maple Leaf Self Storage reasonable they go out of their way to make you a happy customer. Diane, the Store Manager of the Langley location not only held a locker for me she gave me a bottle of water when I was most desperate for one and then gave me two packages of Dad's cookies 🍪 Diane and her staff take customer service to a whole new level. Very easy to access with friendly staff. I\ve only been using them a month but so far so good. I am happy with them...plus they have delicious hot chocolate and coffee, great for a rainy day spent in the storage locker.

I discovered Maple Leaf Storage in Langley in 2019 when I was looking to store my household goods while I was in the process of moving to Thailand. I sent an email to them and Diane replied with all of the information that I needed. Her reply was perfect for the information that I was looking for. My original intention was to leave my goods in storage for no more than 2 years while I decided if I would continue to live in Thailand. As it happened, COVID19 happened and my goods needed to be in storage longer. While I thought of how to distribute some of my furniture, I wrote again to Diane and she gave me the information that I needed. Two weeks ago I cleared out the locker and now some good are on their way here to Thailand and other goods have found new and local homes. I am very, very grateful to Diane and her colleague Reyna. They have been friendly, and they always reply promptly to my emails. When I was making the final move, Diane had suggestions for me that were perfect and appreciated. I sincerely recommend the Langley location and their wonderful help!!!! Thank you Diane and Reyna.
