Econo Self Storage

The units themselves aren't amazing, but they are good if you need to store some inexpensive items for sure, reasonable prices. So my review would have been 3, maybe 3 and a half stars for "fair". Now, having said that, there is the customer service experience. For me, all of the ladies that work there are fantastic. Friendly, helpful and always so pleasant. So they alone get an extra 2 stars. In this day and age when customer service seems to be taking a back seat to simply just grabbing our money and offering the bare minimum, every now and then you run across people that deserve recognition. Thank you ladies.

We are currently using this storage facility and love it. Been using it for over 4 years without any issues. We're only using indoor storage units not Vehicle or RV storage outside. No problems or issues as of yet. Found the staff to be friendy. Keep up the good work
