I had a great experience thanks to Rann Kalsi, Assistant Manager. Rann was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer my questions, made everything easy and straightforward, and provided excellent customer service.
It’s always appreciated when someone genuinely goes above and beyond to help their customers. Highly recommend Rann and the team! Keep up the great work!

stopped by Sentinel Storage on 88 Ave in Langley to grab some packing supplies for an upcoming move, and wow — what a great experience! Rann was behind the counter and truly made the visit exceptional.
He greeted me right away with a big smile and asked what I was moving and how much I needed to pack. He didn’t just point me to the shelves — he walked me through all the options, recommended the perfect sizes (I got several large 4-cube boxes, medium boxes, a bunch of heavy-duty packing tape, bubble wrap, and even a sturdy disc lock for my unit). Everything was good quality, reasonably priced, and conveniently available right there on-site — no need to run around to multiple stores!

I had a really positive experience with Sentinel Storage in Langley during a transition in my life.
The gentleman at the reservation center who helped me on March 3 around 3pm was incredibly kind and patient. He answered all of my questions, made me feel comfortable, and brought a calm energy to what could have been an overwhelming process.
When I went into the office, Rann Kalsi supported me with choosing the best storage option for my situation. He was polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He took the time to explain everything clearly and went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident in my decision. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and truly cares about the people he’s helping.
I would highly recommend this location, and especially Rann, if you’re looking for a smooth and supportive storage experience.

July 03 2026, Went into to Sentinel to confirm my moveout and confirm if there were any charges. Was met by a courteous gentleman named Rann. He assured me that all was fine and to disregard any computer issued balance. I must say that Rann and Sam both fulfilled very commitment they made when I was deciding on what storage company to use. I would, without hesitation recommend the Langley branch of Sentinel as their employees represent a sense of integrity hard to find with many businesses in this area . Thank you Sentinel (specifically Rann and Sam) for such a positive storage experience!

Just had the pleasure of dealing with Sam Boukal. She was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient during our interaction. We went to rent our first ever storage space and it was nice to speak with Sam who took the time to explain all the policies and procedures very clearly. I would highly recommend the Langley location of Sentinel. Shin
