My experience with Sentinel Storage at their 19950 88 Ave E location in Langley has been thoroughly positive. I had the pleasure of speaking with two different representatives, and both were exceptionally helpful and informative. The facility itself is impressively clean and presents a strong sense of security, which immediately put me at ease knowing my belongings would be well-protected.
The thoughtful amenities provided further enhance the customer experience. The spacious elevator and readily available moving dollies are a significant convenience for loading and unloading. Additionally, their on-site shop is well-stocked with a comprehensive range of moving supplies – from sturdy boxes and protective bubble wrap to furniture blankets and specialized wardrobe boxes. They truly offer everything you might need for a seamless moving and storage process.
Walking into Sentinel Storage, I felt a genuine sense of confidence in their ability to safeguard my personal items. I’ve had a great experience with Sentinel Storage in Langley. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, and everything about the process is easy and stress-free. The staff are super friendly and helpful, which made me feel confident storing my things there.
A big thanks to Rann—he was especially kind and made the whole process even smoother. I really appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend this location!

Riya was the only one working this morning on the holiday long weekend and though she was juggling people she was extremely pleasant and upbeat and helpful! She went over everything I needed to know really clearly and was very sweet and personable. Excellent service and the storage units look awesome, exactly what I was looking for plus the location is ideal. Thank you so much! Very happy overall

We have had some of our stuff in storage for about half a year now…. A bit longer than initially expected. Throughout the process Raan was super helpful and professional, always providing exceptional service and helping the best options/rates. It was always a pleasure to work with him! We will definitely recommend and use this location again in the future if needed.
