These guys are the best! I had a medical emergency and could not drive for 2 weeks. I was in Langley and live in Parksville on Vancouver Island. I explained my situation and Ran and Lisa were wonderful. They gave me an incredible rate for storage. Was so kind of them. I would recommend this business to anyone. Long or short term storage👍👍👍👍

Rann was very helpful, showing us a few units and comparing the cost. He even showed us the units twice so we can make sure we’re getting the best option available. We find it very affordable with their promotion, especially. Honest and kind services. Kudos!

This storage location was a life saver. My husband and I had to do some renovations before completely moving all our belongings to our new home. There was a promotion for 4 weeks free and only had to pay $26 for administrative fees and I thought there was a catch. Nope. It was truly just $26! The costs of moving was already adding up and this really helped save us money.
We also needed to extend one extra day because the movers had cancelled on us and they were able to give me a one-day grace period. Thank you so much Lisa! We will definitely come back!!

Amazing experience with Sentinel Storage. Lisa and Rann were very helpful and able to get me set up with a locker on same day i inquired.
They explained the promotional first 4 weeks free, which I was very surprised to find out! I only had to pay for the one time administrative fees lease than $ 30, since i only needed the storage for short term but was not sure how long. I 100% Will definitely recommend their services to anyone. Contact centre was so humble to talk. Overall amazing experience.

Excellent storage space and service. Very clean. Used the second floor unit for almost 3 months while traveling internationally. No evidence of mice. Great rate. Appreciated Lisa at the office for her superb customer service and recommendations.
