I highly recommend Sentinel Storage. Their units are clean, secured and easily accessible. Most importantly, the customer service I have received from both Rann and Sam has been exceptional!! This was my first time renting a storage unit. With all the other competitors, I had a lot of research to do to find the right facility that offered both great pricing and great security. Sam met me on my move in date. She took the time with me to ensure I understood how everything worked. She was thorough and service oriented. After realizing a few days later that I had made an error in my purchase (not Sentinel Storage's error), Rann helped me amend it with understanding and going above and beyond to ensure I was a satisfied customer. Since it was my error, I wasn't expecting that I would receive such a generous and flexible amendment; which Rann facilitated. Again, I highly recommend Sentinel Storage in Langley, BC. Thank you Sam and Rann :)

stopped by Sentinel Storage on 88 Ave in Langley to grab some packing supplies for an upcoming move, and wow — what a great experience! Rann was behind the counter and truly made the visit exceptional.
He greeted me right away with a big smile and asked what I was moving and how much I needed to pack. He didn’t just point me to the shelves — he walked me through all the options, recommended the perfect sizes (I got several large 4-cube boxes, medium boxes, a bunch of heavy-duty packing tape, bubble wrap, and even a sturdy disc lock for my unit). Everything was good quality, reasonably priced, and conveniently available right there on-site — no need to run around to multiple stores!

I had a really positive experience with Sentinel Storage in Langley during a transition in my life.
The gentleman at the reservation center who helped me on March 3 around 3pm was incredibly kind and patient. He answered all of my questions, made me feel comfortable, and brought a calm energy to what could have been an overwhelming process.
When I went into the office, Rann Kalsi supported me with choosing the best storage option for my situation. He was polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He took the time to explain everything clearly and went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident in my decision. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and truly cares about the people he’s helping.
I would highly recommend this location, and especially Rann, if you’re looking for a smooth and supportive storage experience.

Just had the pleasure of dealing with Sam Boukal. She was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient during our interaction. We went to rent our first ever storage space and it was nice to speak with Sam who took the time to explain all the policies and procedures very clearly. Rann provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly transparent throughout the entire process. During what was a very stressful moving situation for us, his informed advice and clear communication made a huge difference. He took the time to explain everything honestly and helped us make the right decisions without any pressure. We truly felt supported and taken care of. Highly recommend Rann and this location for anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy service.
